
Leading Diversity® provides diversity professionals with learning experiences that foster their inner capacity to lead and increase their effectiveness in the workplace and community. Diversity professionals attend a series of four retreats over a one-year period and create a safe space in which to renew the spirit and passion for their work and commitment. Working in a learning community, participants establish collaborative networks, designing experiences and activities that can be useful in the workplace.

Leading Diversity® participants are corporate executives, human resource managers, university and public school administrators, nonprofit officials, and organizational trainers and facilitators.
